Credit Cards & Checking Out You now have 2 separate options for checking out: Credit Card & PayPal. > Click 'CONTINUE'. Payment Information Page, choose Credit Card Enter all your credit card information. Make sure your billing address matches your actual billing address. If you are using a credit card gift card, this will not be the case. Enter any Coupon codes here as well as any comments, special instructions or gift card messages. Once you enter a code, you may have to enter your credit card information again, this is something else we are working on fixing - sorry for the inconvenience! > Click 'CONTINUE' Review Your Order. This is where your total order, taxes, shipping and discounts will be displayed. > Click 'PLACE ORDER'. You are DONE with your Credit Card purchase! You will get a confirmation email summarizing your order. You will also get another email with a tracking number once your order has been sent. PAYPAL CHECKOUT: Choose a Shipping Method. > Click 'CONTINUE'. On the Payment Information Page, choose PayPal. > Press 'CONTINUE'. Review Your Order. > Click 'PLACE ORDER'. You will be transfered to a PayPal page. Choose Payment Method. You may pay with Pay Pal if you have an account. If you want to pay with a credit card, scroll to the bottom where it says "don't have a pay pal account' > Click 'CONTINUE'. Billing Info page. Select your card type, enter number and other info, enter the code it asks you to enter (to verify you are a person not a computer) etc. > Click 'CONTINUE'. Then Review Your Payment amount. > Click 'PAY'. You are Done! Then you can click on return to Merchant. You will recieve an email confirming your payment. PayPal is very secure way to make a payment. General Shipping & Tax Charges We offer 24 hour processing after an order is placed. If an order is placed by 2 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, the order will be shipped out same day. If the order is placed after 2 p.m. PST, the order will be shipped out the following business day. Sales tax will be charged for Washington residents only. Orders placed on FRIDAY after 2pm, will be mailed out the following MONDAY, unless prior arrangements are made! To make special arrangements, contact us> Orders placed for shipment within the 48 contiguous United States are generally shipped via United States Postal Service or UPS. Rates are calculated based upon how much you have spent. Shipping Amounts For Continental 48 US ORDER AMOUNT: SHIPPING CHARGE: up to $20 $8.00 $21 - $40 $10.00 $41 - $60 $13.00 $61 - $80 $15.00 $81 - $99 $17.00 $100 - $149 $19.00 $150+ FREE (for continental US 48 only) Second Day and Next Day shipping is available at an additional cost. Additional charges will be applied for total shipments over 60 pounds. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada Shipping Exact shipping rates are calculated by weight during checkout. APOs/FPOs, Hawaii, and Alaska orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service/Canadian Post or UPS. International Shipping We do ship to most international destinations via United States Postal Service Parcel Post. Sorry, but we are not able to guarantee shipping times for packages shipped via Parcel Post. Shipping charges will not be accurate through the website, so please contact us for info. Out of Stock Items If an order is placed for an out of stock item, it will be shipped once it becomes available. You can also contact us with the item number and your name and we will reply to you once the item is back in stock. Order Status As you complete the order process, we attempt to give you an accurate estimate of when your order will be delivered. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing a UPS or USPS tracking number. >> UPS ORDER STATUS or USPS ORDER STATUS Payment Methods We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards as well as PayPal. Use PayPal if you would like to use Discover or American Express (you do not need a PayPal account). All of these options are made available to you during checkout. Damaged Items If there are any damages upon receipt of your order, you will receive a replacement part or item at no additional cost. Please contact us and we will promptly assist you. Returns & Exchanges In the event need to return an item, please contact us and let us make things right. You may return an item within 30 days of placing your order, given that it is unopened/new condition and is in the original packaging. Please contact us for specific instructions before returning. Customers will be responsible for return shipment. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Orders canceled prior to shipment will receive full credit. Artisan toys are hand made and may vary slightly from the photos provided. Great care is taken to supply the most accurate images. Gift Wrapping Gift wrapping is available for purchase for $3.00. Smaller items will be packaged in gift boxes with crinkle paper and a bow. Larger in wrapping paper with a bow. Want to include a gift message? We'd be happy to add this personal touch to your gift - enter the info in the comments area at check out. We are always on the look out for new toys!
